R. Syntel Brown is a native of Griffin, Georgia. He studied criminal justice at Johnson & Wales University in Miami, FL where he earned his bachelor of science. With encouragement from his family, Syntel entered grad school earned a Masters of Arts in education focusing in curriculum and instruction from the University of Phoenix. Currently, Syntel is a doctoral student at Argosy University in Atlanta, Georgia.

 

Syntel is passionate about education and politics. In 2015, Syntel opened his own company, HB Standards, LLC, which specializes in political management and communications for local, state and federal politicians. Syntel is employed with Ivy Preparatory Academy where he enjoys teaching middle grades social studies at Ivy Preparatory Academy for Girls at Gwinnett. He resides in Griffin, Georgia.
